Heels VS Flat ???

As a girls...opkos lah i memang minat gilos dengan heels nih..but sekadar minat jaaa...haaaa...sebab nya...anim lebih suka pakai slipper or flat shoes..WHY??sebab i loike simple n memudahkan anim untuk berjalan..since anim memang suka berjalan kan...heeeee...

Flat shoes..easy to walk..run n so on lah...


Pump Heels..idaman kalbu..
So here..i want to share with you guys..some fact about heels n faltten..

See!!
Yups..memanglah ampa nampak kat situ..if pakai heel your posture will be more sexy..auchhhh...but..did you  know the effect of wearing heels???

Bayangkan..semua beban berat badan kita diletak pada jari kaki..
Soo??did you still nak wears heels if benda tu akan memudaratkan kesihatan hampa??If me??ermmm..pikiaq 2,3 kali jugak la kan...nak pakai boley tapi...tak selalu laaa..sebab i prefer slipper...ahaks..

So...continue with the story that i would like to tell you haaa...memandang kan hari neh hari Jumaat yang mulia so i putuskan untuk kuarkan entry ala2 motivasi untuk reader sekalian..beside that it will also untuk diri cheq seniri...v(^_^)

TERUJA a.k.a EXCITED!!

Lets start with Assalamualaikum n hello readers semua..

Okies..Entry kali neh nak sembang pasal FAT vs THIN or GEMUK vs KURUIH..haaaaa...acaner??I dont know why laaa..manusia memang takkan pernah bersyukur..ye dop??hat kuruih nanak gemok..hat gemok nanak kurus..aiyooooo..fening2...but kisah pulak aku kan..hahaha..

Siriusly i agree...hahaha..i also dont know why they think like this!!oh mennn...
Sooo..
GEMUK @ KURUS??
Mesti lah ramai yang nak kurus kan but for me..my target is not to be thin but to be fit!!ahaks...

oppsss 18sx!!

But siriusly...i'm trying to achieve my goal this year...wishing everything will come true..aha aha aha..cant wait to see the result since i can control my diet now...

To be fit bukanlah sesuatu yang senang..dah la kena jaga makan minum,beside that kena rajin train..i'm train my self with INSANITY workout..haaa??xtaw apa tu insanity workout??p google lekaih..hahaha...memang terbukti and memang berkesan..disebabkan last year pon cheq wat cam tu jugak tapi stop ditengah jalan sebab malaih..so this year..InsyaAllah..i will train about 3 month..starting this month..

since dah jaga diet,jaga macam2 lah...haaa..jangan plak nak biarkan diri tu merana..sometimes..give your body a cheat day..seminggu kan ada 7hari..jadikan ler 1 ari untuk korang makan yang apa korang suka..okies??tak gemuk aih...(TAPI JANGAN AMPA TIBAI NAK CHEAT DAY TIAP2 ARI PULOKS!!)

Soo..conclusion??

If nak something to kita kena la berusaha..to get fit you need to add some exercise dalam ramuan diet ampa tu nahhh...

The transformation!!

Assalamualaikum & morning guys...

Since hari ni cheq off then tetiba terasa gatai jari jemari cheq nak menghudate blog...haha..haaa...kan da cakap...i got a lot of story to tell you..soo...harap2 ampa semua sudi la membaca nohhhhh...ngeee :)

Nampak tajuk kat ataih nuh??haaaa..pasepa tajuk dia lagu tu...pasai cheq nak abaq..Alhamdulillah..ingat dak post pasal wishlist 2013..i want to tell you..haaaa..almost 90% tercapai taw...yang tak tercapai tu xjadi kaya...bhahahaha..tengah strugglekan diri neh...kumpul wit banyak2 time muda2..nanti da tua..boley rilex..ye dop??ngeee...

So yang paling...paling...paling nak share is..part nak kurus tu...waaaa...memang syok abis...i lost 10kg u olls pada taun 2013...syiok nyer..so target taun nih nak turun lg 5-10kg..haaaaa...amacam??mana la tau kot2 bley jadi model...hahaha :p (verangan kuats..lalala..)

Soooo..meh kito tempek gambaq laju2...taraaaaa...
Nahhh..compilation...sooo..senang nak tengok changes kan....
Let me explain to u..
2009 - Still cute lagi...sebab baru masuk study..bhahaha..so...time masuk study tu..hajat dihati time awai2 masuk dulu nak kuruskan lagi badan..sekali engkau...amek...hahaha..bukan lagi kurus tapi makin bam bam..

2010 n 2011 - Time tu badan mula nek dah...reason??i dok hostel then makanan kat kafe sodap2 n murah..bhahaha...boley gitu??boley plak roomate suko makan..haaaa...lagi laaa menjadi2 kan....lalala

2012 - da abis study..time tu baru dok nak sedaq kata badan dah bam2 macam koi pau halim tu kan...aigooo...

2013 - memandangkan nak konvo...so i take it siriusly i need to loose my weight...so i decide..healthy diet n work out...n yups...time konvo tu i lost 8kg n after konvo i gain 2kg sebab makan suka2 hati..n time puasa taun tu i lost 4kg..

So total lost = 10kg

Hoyeay...keep maintain it but after tunang nih..da gain 2kg...aigoo...abis lah i...memandangkan nanti nak nikah...so i will start my diet plan again + workout..tapi sekarang tak berapa nak workout sangat lah sebab xsempat...keja siang malam..kan...lgpon xberapa nak sihat sama...reja nak lena ja lepas balik kejaa..huhu...(sabo je la..)
