To be fit bukanlah sesuatu yang senang..dah la kena jaga makan minum,beside that kena rajin train..i'm train my self with INSANITY workout..haaa??xtaw apa tu insanity workout??p google lekaih..hahaha...memang terbukti and memang berkesan..disebabkan last year pon cheq wat cam tu jugak tapi stop ditengah jalan sebab malaih..so this year..InsyaAllah..i will train about 3 month..starting this month..
since dah jaga diet,jaga macam2 lah...haaa..jangan plak nak biarkan diri tu merana..sometimes..give your body a cheat day..seminggu kan ada 7hari..jadikan ler 1 ari untuk korang makan yang apa korang suka..okies??tak gemuk aih...(TAPI JANGAN AMPA TIBAI NAK CHEAT DAY TIAP2 ARI PULOKS!!)

If nak something to kita kena la berusaha..to get fit you need to add some exercise dalam ramuan diet ampa tu nahhh...
